Autodesk University 2007
As I sit and reflect on my lack of posting over the past few months I thought now would be as good of a time as any to make a post. It will however be a simple one just reminding everyone of Autodesk University 2007 where i will be presenting again. The course I will be presenting is outlined below, and I strongly recomend trying to make it to AU this year as Nate Holt will be presenting on How AutoCAD Electrical works as well.
My course description:
- Class Title: AutoCAD Electrical Power Tools for Power Users
- Class Duration: 1.5 hour class Lecture
- Student Level: Power User
- Topics to be covered:
- Wiring Diagram Symbols (Panel Representations with Wiring Information)
- The Power of Excel and AutoCAD Electrical
- Setting up Pin Lists
- Using Conduit in AutoCAD Electrical
- Target Audience: AutoCAD Electrical users looking for advanced features
Over the past few Autodesk University conferences I have attended and presented at I keep hearing one thing over and over. This request is more advanced features. My past two years have been pretty easy topics which left a lot of long time users wanting more. This year I am hoping to open up some of the other features in AutoCAD Electrical to those long time users and any newer users that want to see the possiblities.
Remember, go to www.autodesk.com/au to keep up to date on any AU announcements.
Thanks
